Shipping policy

Lurulabs is committed to transfer all the deliverables to the clients as soon as the client approves of the design on the call with the designer. We take all efforts to securely share the files via various cloud-based storage facilities as per the mutual agreement between the client and Lurulabs on project basis.While sharing the design files, Lurulabs will be sharing all the final designs and also the source files(open files) for the clients to utilize for their diverse purposes. We follow a shipping policy as mentioned below:
1. Lurulabs holds the rights to withhold the design files and source files when there is any payment due from the client.
2. Clients are advised to download the files from the cloud storage within 2 weeks from the date of final delivery.
3. Lurulabs is not responsible if and when the client fails to download the files in the stipulated time.
